Briarwood & Bay has been my literal dream come true. Two years ago, I was blessed to bring my dream to Bolton Street and share it with all of you. Every smile, every story shared, every purchase, and every friendship forged has truly meant everything to me. There are no words that can adequately express the gratitude I hold in my heart.

When I launched Briarwood & Bay in 2021, I felt called to embrace my creativity, to share my passions for cozy living , creative writing, and home design, and to find balance in my days.

What I have ultimately realized, is that the logistics and constraints of a physical location have pulled me away from the passion and balance that called me to initially launch the brand. That being said, I have made the very difficult decision to close our brick & mortar location effective January 28th, 2024.

I want to assure you however, that this is not goodbye. What can you expect from Briarwood & Bay in 2024?

• Shop with us online 24/7 with free local drop off and great shipping rates Canada wide
• Shop with us at select vendor events and popping up at amazing shops across Ontario
• Our blog is making a comeback with helpful home styling & cozy living content
• An expansion of our digital Etsy shop to include more prints and exciting new products
• In home styling packages & personal shopping options for our customers
• We’re also excited to host fun events & workshops in our local communities

I’m confident that this is what’s best for the future of Briarwood & Bay and know it will allow us to better inspire and serve you moving forward. I’m hopeful that this decision will also create a healthier balance for myself and my young family.

We’ll be sharing more specific logistics about these exciting changes in the coming weeks. We hope you’ll join us over the next few months while we soak in all the last bits of magic on Bolton Street.

Love & light ✨
