Hey buds! It’s been a minute, and I’ve got a fall studio update! 🍂

With my kiddo starting school this fall (and the start of hockey incoming), I have new studio hours beginning September 8th, and I’m currently booking into the second week of October. For the time being, I’m also not able to accommodate new clients as I head into an already very busy fall + holiday season. If you are not an existing client, and you book online, the appointment will be rejected.

One boundary I really need to emphasize:

All hair + appointment communication needs to stay within my BUSINESS channels; online booking, text, or jade[d] social media accounts.

My personal facebook is personal, and is not an extension of my business accounts. Hair + appointment messages sent there will not be answered.

And please remember; jade[d] is a one-person business. I’m not Amazon with 24/7 customer support. There’s no receptionist, social media manager or customer service team behind the scenes. It’s just me, one human, trying to wear all the hats and balance the acts.

Messages are answered during studio hours. If you reach out while the studio is closed, I’ll get back to you when I’m back at work. Please don’t follow up through my personal accounts because you haven’t received an immediate response.

Lastly, no-shows will be charged according to my existing cancellation/no-show policy moving forward.

I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who continues to support jade[d]. Having these boundaries in place allows me to give my best to my clients while still having a life outside the studio.
