Now on Hold. Al Moulaison .A few weeks back, we picked up this 1940's Pine Kitchen Cabinet, that would have been used as a divider between the kitchen and dining room. It has been sadly sitting outside under a farmhouse porch for years, and most definitely needs lots of lovin. The person we got it from said it was originally purchased for far more money than it was worth, but thought it would work in their kitchen reno. Nope, it didn't work, so we are now in charge of bringing it back to life again. Anything is possible, with hard work and an idea. 3 of the doors are now washed, sanded and sealed along with the hardware. I'll have to replace the 3 latches as they are all broken. Loads of sanding and maybe some fresh paint inside, but we will see.

We had a dream that one day we would open a store on our property, well 13 years ago we did just that. Thank you all who had been here with us on this crazy ride, thank you for all your support, comments, emails, reviews and your friendships. We are so grateful.

We picked this Antique Walnut Carpenters Chest from the Lindsay area. Was just sitting around collecting dust, so we brought it home. Lots of sanding required but definitely worth the effort. Stay Tuned!

One on the far right is on hold. I picked up 3 Antique Pine Windows from a farm near Orangeville a couple weeks back. Wendie removed all the broken panes of glass, and got them nicely sanded. A few minor repairs which are now done, make them solid again. Next step, sealing them up, them off to getting mirror installed.
