📍 Location: Stoney Creek, ON
💼 Position: Part-Time Sales Associate
Flooring Liquidators is looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our Stoney Creek team!
📅 REQUIRED AVAILABILITY
Must be available every Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✅Assist customers with flooring selections and provide excellent customer service
✅Answer incoming phone calls and customer inquiries
✅Prepare accurate estimates and invoices
✅Work with flooring measurements and square footage calculations
✅Handle pricing, numbers, and calculations accurately
✅Use QuickBooks for estimates and invoicing
✅Use CRM systems to manage customer information and follow-ups
✅Use Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)
✅Maintain accurate customer and sales records
✅Support daily store operations
⭐ REQUIREMENTS
✅ College or University degree required
✅ Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
✅ QuickBooks experience required
✅ CRM experience required
✅ Google Workspace experience required
✅ Strong ability to work with measurements, numbers, pricing, and calculations
✅ Experience with invoicing and estimates
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Professional phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple calls
✅ Strong attention to detail and organization
✅ Reliable and punctual
✅ Previous flooring, sales, or retail experience is an asset
