Sanding bottoms is the last part of the pottery process. This needs to be done outdoors and by keeping the pottery wet to keep clay dust to a minimum. Clay dust can cause silicosis if particles are inhaled.

It’s all clay all day here!

Glazed the last couple of pieces and started a glaze firing. Dealt with some reclaimed clay that had been sitting for a while. Cleaned my tools Clay class tonight at the Art Gallery of Southwestern Manitoba. (And maybe a little swim this afternoon.)
