Closing Day 💜🩷

This one hits different ‼️
This wasn’t just a listing — it was our home And hands down, one of the toughest transactions of my career as a Realtor — not only because it was ours, but because we navigated it in a buyers market. Humbling, emotional, and not for the faint of heart 😮‍💨
This house carried our family through every season — the joy, the grief, the milestones, the mess, the magic, the fun 🤩  Our daughter grew up here 🤍 — and watching the woman she’s become still stops me in my tracks  Our dogs did too 🐾 Roots were planted deep 🌱
As each room emptied, the memories didn’t tiptoe in — they flooded 💭  The last night, sitting in the sunroom listening to the ice storm, it felt surreal ❄️ And closing the garage door for the final time… knowing how many celebrations, laughs, and shenanigans lived behind it — that one lingered 😭
Somewhere between packing boxes and saying “one more thing,” something shifted It stopped feeling like home 🏡  It became a house
And the neighbours… we truly lucked out 🤍 The kind you wave to, lean on, laugh with, look out for — the kind you hope everyone gets at least once 🙌
Endless gratitude for my daughter , who navigated a buyer’s market and a seller who happens to be a Realtor 🙋‍♀️ — not exactly a walk in the park — and handled it like the absolute superstar she is ⭐️✨
