I’m also a fan of making bread, and today, I tried out Dutch Oven No Knead Bread.
If you want an incredibly chewy and soft inside with a thin, harder crust, this bread is absolutely incredible!

The assortment of mini Banana Bread loafs were for a House-Warming gift for a friend. Aren’t they cute? Miniature foods are always so fun.

My two wedding cakes this summer were both on the same day!

Here’s the second part of my busy week from August - an absolutely beautiful vision of a cake 🎂
I love everything about this cake: the white colouring with black font, the heart shape tiers, and the flavours of each layer (banana bread / biscoff)
The vanilla and chocolate cupcake decorations mirrored the cake and made them look like a stunning set.
1000/10 ⭐️
I was able to see the bride the morning of, and I have to say, she outshone even the glitter and pearls decorating her cake 🤍

This absolutely beautiful and unique wedding cake was SO SO fun to decorate. Might have been my favourite cake in a long time. Inside is a triple layer of both chocolate and vanilla cakes.

For his 5️⃣ birthday this year, my kiddo had 2 requests: Neapolitan 🤎💛🩷 and Flowers.

Since we were doing a Super Mario theme (again), I printed off all the different Mario flowers and used those as the inspiration. Some 3D printed coins later, and a few Canva sessions later, I put together a completed design.

There’s a few things I’d change (including giving myself more time lol), but that cake was a huge hit! Chocolate, Vanilla, and real Strawberry layers. The edible super stars were a fun decoration the kids enjoyed nibbling.

I didn’t even grab a good photo of the slices until a week later after it had been frozen and thawed. It still tasted as moist as it did for the party!
