Hi there, as we go into fall we are seeing color changes from purples and yellows to orange and burgundy tones. Among these changes we are seeing our wholesalers raising the price of flowers. For the last 15 months we have not increased our prices to reflect this change. We want you to know that behind the scenes where our customers do not see, we have cushioned much of the fall out between Market demand and the End User. We have reserved sharing this over the last 15 months because we have been on the front lines seeing the challenges of people and their families and knowing how difficult it is you.

We have a handful of customers who have been lead by one individual living in Bear Mountain who has made very indecent comments about Petals n Buds in effort to damage our reputation and good customer relationships. I hope this has not affected you but if it has, I ask you to please get in touch with us so we can clear up what might be complete gossip from the truth and to answer the questions you might have.

Before even attempting to explain the reasons leading to this unintended mistake some deliveries for Mothers Day made after May 9th, I would like to sincerely apologize to you for any inconvenience this may have caused.

At Petals N Buds, customer satisfaction is something that we take very seriously and would never compromise under any circumstances. Unfortunately, sometimes unavoidable mistakes happen. In such rare cases, a satisfactory solution is always in place and preventable measures are introduced.

After a thorough review of your order, I have managed to pinpoint the reasons leading to this error. Unfortunately, during this pandemic families are still separated for another year, due to a highly busy season, we are servicing a large number of orders. Since the number of orders received this season was extremely high, our logistics and delivery function has been unable to handle order delivery with as much efficiency as it generally does. This is clearly an error from our side, and we take full responsibility for it. We do not/did not mean to let you or your your loved ones down.

As an extra measure to our unconditional commitment to customer satisfaction, we decided to create a completely different system for mothers day next year. These precautions will ensure that such errors will not happen again in the future. This would not have been possible without you drawing our attention to your order. We take this opportunity to thank you for your feedback which allows us to serve you and other customers better.

Please always share your feedback with us; this is how we keep learning and improving. I am greatly confident that the next year will be much better. Again, sorry from the bottom of our hearts we did not and do not wish for this to happen again.

To address some illegitimated discussion having gotten out through our community page that we will not be working any longer we would like to assure everyone that this is invalid. We are secure and actually growing. We will continue to serve Bear Mountain and Highlands, Metchosin and Sooke, Colwood and Langford, View Royal and Gordon Head, Brentwood Bay up to North Saanich. We hope that you will give us the opportunity to prove to you that the barrage of one star reviews are not average but rather an anomoly.

Hello everybody.

We've had some concerns about the legitimacy of our business since Mother's Day. We would like to clear that up with you all right now.

On Mother's Day, we had more orders than expected, without enough flowers or personnel to get them delivered on time. For that, we apologize from the bottoms of our hearts. We know how special Mother's Day is for all of you, and we wanted to make it special for everyone.

As of now, we have had contact from the company that handles our transactions and we have updated our system. Refunds are now being processed as of writing this post.
