Caring is giving. 💙

At our last restoration client event, Metrotown Floors was proud to host and lead the giving — and so many of you showed up and gave a little extra alongside us, all in support of Canuck Place Children's Hospice.

This year, Canuck Place cared for over 1,000 children and families across BC and the Yukon — offering nursing care, counselling, and precious time together, always at no cost.

It's easy to think small gestures don't add up to much. But a little extra, multiplied across a room full of people who care, becomes something that holds a family through their darkest days. That's not something we take lightly, and it's not something we'll stop doing.

To everyone who gave — thank you. You didn't just support an event. You gave a family more time, more comfort, and more moments to hold onto.

Because in the end, things get replaced. Moments like these don't.

This project shows what "we don't cut corners" actually looks like — not just the finish, but everything underneath it.

Every wet area starts with Schluter-KERDI waterproofing membrane and Schluter SCHIENE edge profiles, so the shower is sealed before a single tile goes up. You won't see this part in the final photos, but it's what decides whether the shower is still problem-free in 10 years.

We upgrade what's old, in the style they already love!

Some homeowners don't want a different bathroom — they want theirs, in better condition. So we replaced the vanity cabinetry and left the look alone.

Cleaner doors. Better quality. Same room they already liked

Sometimes that's the whole brief, and we do it to the high standard as anything else.
