It's time for the store to be somebody elses happy place. The fuel pumps, pay terminal and software are brand new, replaced in April 2026. Fuel pumps operate 24/7, debit or credit card with no need for manpower to do so. The very busy convenience store was designed with a nostalgic vibe, featuring a 1950's diner table with old school spinning stools. All of the equipment is included with sale, ice cream machine, triple drum slush machine, coolers, freezers, kitchen appliances etc, and with all of these ammenities within the walls there is still a large area that can be utilized as you want. I used it for giftware featuring local artisans. The kitchen is as busy as you would like it to be. There is nothing better than food made with love, and from scratch in Momma's Kitchen. There is a fully functional outdoor cookhouse with grill, stove, freezer for those special events you choose to throw, or to offer a space for functions and catering to the public utilizing the beautiful large outdoor patio area with access to the beverage area if you should choose to utilize the space as such.How about a cold one from the live edge bar area 🍻 I catered many special suppers for the companies working in the area. . There is a one bedroom, fully furnished, self contained suite attached to the building with everything needed to be utilized as an Airbnb or rental space for workers in the area. This space was never empty and creates added revenue for the business.
