A little woodland gathering for AUGUST. 🦊🦉🍄

A curious fox, a wise little owl, tiny mushrooms and fluffy clouds — all stitched together into one sweet little woodland scene. 🌿💙

I think these two make the cutest pair! 🦊🦉

Sometimes you don’t get it quite right the first time. And sometimes, even when something looks good, you look at it later and think… I can make that better. 💕

After all, what is growth if not constantly learning, revising and improving? 🧵✨

These little woodland friends are a perfect example. 🦊🦉 One duo is from when I was first starting out, and the other I made today.

Same idea, a little more experience behind every stitch. ❤️

Now I’m curious — which duo do you like better? Old or new? 😊

There’s something about this one that feels like it belongs in a storybook childhood. 🍓🌿💕

Soft colours, tiny strawberries and a touch of sweet farmhouse charm — lovingly hand-stitched for a little girl’s room today.

And years from now? I can picture it folded away in her memory box, waiting to bring back memories of the room she grew up in. 🥹

Because the most special nursery pieces don’t get thrown away when they’re outgrown — they become keepsakes. 💕

🧡 Every Child Matters 🧡

Today, on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we pause to remember and honour the Indigenous children who never returned home, the Survivors of residential schools, and their families and communities.

As a page where so much of what I create celebrates children, their names, and the love surrounding them, today is an important reminder that every child deserves to be loved, protected, valued, and remembered.

Today we wear orange, we listen, we learn, and we remember.

🧡 Every Child Matters. 🧡

There’s something so special about a design that feels like it was simply meant for the name.

I love when a customer chooses a design that matches the name so beautifully, and this one couldn’t be more perfect — violets for little Violet 💜!

It’s those thoughtful little details that make a name banner feel so personal and turn it into a keepsake to treasure for years to come.

Simple, sweet, and made just for her.
