My 2027 prediction.

The home without a person-
Is no more.

I think there is a shift coming- to these spaces-
The ones with white walls and bare hallways that make us feel lost in the anxiety of not knowing where we are at in life-
Or who we are becoming.

I think the nameless home- is going to be no more.

And I think we are going to reinvent how creating-
Makes us feel.

Your home should tell a story of who you are-
Long before
You enter a room.

Let’s go there.
Let’s make 2027

They say it’s not personal…

But every part of this business and what I give- to transform these spaces to this point-

It is personal.

I stay up longer then I should- night after night- staring at corners of homes in my mind-
That don’t exist yet.

And I can’t stop that part.
I can’t stop the care- or thought- or attention to detail that flows.
It pours out of me- it’s the only way my eyes see these spaces we all live in-

The four sides of a structure that hold us- yet we don’t change them-
We don’t ask for help-
We sit in silence amongst white walls that don’t feel like who we are-
The redundant hallways that could belong to anyone or no one at all-

So when that is given to me
Yes
It is personal
It rests on my heart like a story I need to write.

The story of who you are.
The story of what you have ached for-
The story of what brings you joy.
What lights you up.

That is what you are asking me to do.
Make these walls tell my story-
Let them speak of my heart
Before I enter a room.

I carry this in a way
That I most likely will never be able to put into words.

But I have learned-
Home doesn’t need a lot of words…

Home just needs to feel.
My prayer for every client I work with-
Is that the magnitude of feeling we leave you with-
Far outweighs any dollar you choose to spend.
