The reveal 🦃🔥 PART 2 IS HERE.

Remember the two turkeys from Saturday? Plot twist: they got DIFFERENT marinades.

Turkey 1 went the Jollof Jar route (triple_t_kitchen + butter + chili pepper + salt). Turkey 2 went classic BBQ. Same oven, same day. May the best marinade win 😌

And yes, I temped it 🌡️ [165-170]°F, juicy every single time.
