I had a lot of requests for my Pumpkin Spice Cheesecakes for thanksgiving weekend.
The first one was gluten free, the second was made with a gingersnap crust, and the last one was made sugar free, and with a gingersnap crust. 😊

I love getting these kinds of orders!

A mom reached out to order a cake for her daughter who is allergic to both gluten and dairy. She heard that I can make cakes that accommodate allergies that still taste good 😂.
So I was really excited to make this one, because no matter what restrictions you have you deserve to enjoy some cake!

Sorry I'm a couple days late posting this, I've been busy baking! 😅
This order was my NY style Cheesecake made with a chocolate crust, and topped with ganache 😊.

This order is my NY style Mini cheesecakes topped with a strawberry compote, and a batch of my Honey earl grey Cookies 😊. Lots of orders to come this week!

I've already received pre-orders for that weekend, so I can only accept a couple more. This is when I start to get busier, and I'm very grateful! Thank you again to everyone 😊.

Sorry I haven't posted in the last week! Life got busy.

I took my daughters for a walk to enjoy all the fall colors 😊. Makes me want to bake all my fall desserts 😂, to continue the fall theme. Happy Monday!
