Christmas has always held a very special place in my heart. There is something truly magical about this time of year, the glow of the lights, the beauty of the details, and the feeling that fills a home when it is thoughtfully prepared for the holidays.

This year, I’m so excited to introduce our Holiday Styling Packages, created for those who would love to bring a little more beauty and magic into their home this Christmas without the stress of doing it all themselves. There is something incredibly rewarding about being trusted to help bring someone’s dream to life.

From our very first conversations, these wonderful homeowners embraced the design journey and placed their trust in the recommendations I shared. It was a pleasure collaborating with their contractor and his talented custom cabinet maker to create a kitchen that feels both timeless and beautifully tailored to the way this family lives.

Every detail was thoughtfully considered for their estate home, from the rich custom white oak cabinetry and carefully selected stain colour, to the hardware, lighting, and the breathtaking quartzite that truly became the heart of the space. Each element was chosen to complement the next, creating a home that feels warm, elegant, and effortlessly inviting.

As a designer, there is no greater compliment than a client who trusts your vision. I am so grateful for the opportunity to help design this project and incredibly proud of what we created together.

There are little corners in life that quietly refill our hearts.

This mantle in my design studio is one of mine.

Every morning, I’m greeted by flowers, vintage treasures, beautiful art, and the gentle reminder that beauty has the power to inspire. Before a single drawing is created or a design meeting begins, this space reminds me why I love what I do.

Today, my heart is especially full of gratitude.

To every client who has trusted me with their home… thank you for inviting me into such a meaningful chapter of your life.

To the incredible trades and suppliers I have the privilege of working alongside… thank you for your craftsmanship, your integrity, and the care you pour into every project. We truly create something special together.

After 30 years of designing homes, I still wake up excited to create spaces that tell a story, bring peace, and become the backdrop to life’s most precious moments.

💕🤍A sweet little room for this clients little blessing.🤍💕

This nursery was designed to feel soft, timeless, and full of charm. We added custom wainscoting to create architectural interest and wrapped the room in beautiful shades of green, paired with blush accents for just the right touch of sweetness.

One of my favourite details is the scalloped dresser, bringing a playful yet elegant element to the space while beautifully complementing the custom millwork. Every detail was thoughtfully chosen to create a room that feels warm, welcoming, but not over the top that will grow alongside its newest little occupant.

There’s something special about a space that feels collected rather than decorated.

For this sideboard styling, I layered vintage artwork, a weathered stone bust, organic branches, and candlelight to create a vignette that feels rich in history and character. Each piece brings its own story, while together they create a sense of depth, warmth, and timeless beauty.

I love incorporating found and vintage pieces into my designs because they add soul to a home, those imperfect details that make a space feel personal, curated, and lived in.

The goal is never perfection. It’s creating a feeling.

Some spaces aren’t designed around trends, they’re built around treasures.

Vintage brass candlesticks, timeworn books, collected shells, weathered wicker, and branches gathered from nature. Each piece carries its own history, and together they create a vignette that feels layered, personal, and lived in.

I love mixing found objects with meaningful pieces because the most beautiful interiors rarely come from a single shopping trip. They evolve over time, reflecting the people who live there and the memories they’ve collected along the way.

Design isn’t just about what looks good, it’s about creating a home that tells your story.

When we designed and built this space in the fall of 2024 I had a very clear vision: it would never feel like an office.

I wanted a place that inspired creativity, sparked ideas, and felt like somewhere you’d naturally want to linger. A space where clients could feel at ease, conversations could flow, and inspiration could happen organically.

One feature I refused to compromise on…… the fireplace! This one is electric and does produce a fair amount of heat, but we also roughed in a gas line if we ever wanted to do a gas one. That’s one thing I can’t stress enough when you’re designing and building is to think about future items as well.

There’s something about the warmth, soft glow, and cozy atmosphere that transforms a room. It turns a workspace into a retreat. A place to dream, create, sketch, plan, and bring beautiful homes to life.

Just over a year later, it’s still one of my favorite spots to sit with a coffee, gather my thoughts, and design spaces that reflect the people who live in them.

Because great design isn’t just about how a space looks—it’s about how it makes you feel.

Every home has a forgotten corner waiting to become something extraordinary.

What was once an awkward little desk nook is now a space that adapts beautifully to everyday life. Morning coffee rituals, evening cocktails with friends, extra serving space during celebrations—this custom-designed cabinetry was created to do it all.

Finished in a custom colour and accented with metal inlay door inserts, every detail was thoughtfully considered to bring character, warmth, and purpose to a previously overlooked space.

Because great design isn’t always about adding more—sometimes it’s about seeing the potential that was there all along.
