Socktober is back and in full swing! You folks know the drill - bring us new, unworn commercially made socks all month long. Every pair you bring gets you one entry into our draw for a STASHy sock-themed gift basket, valued at over $300! We’ll distribute the socks to local shelters, non profits, and mutual aid groups in need. ❤️

This year we’re competing against Paula - Baaad Anna’s Yarn Store, Paula & Rebecca, and Little Red Mitten Yarn Store to see who can collect the most socks to distribute. Help us keep our title of socktober supreme champions (I made that up right now) and collect the most socks!

It looks like this year will be the year we officially break 10,000 pairs distributed across Canada. ❤️

In addition to the Colour of the Month, we also have a lovely fresh restock of Socknado! This yarn is a fan fave with local roots, dyed right here in Calgary (about a 10 min drive from STASH!) and a fantastic range of colours.

There's just 2 more weeks till Knit City Fibre Festivals is in town and boy are we excited!

Here's a lil info on what we're bringing to the booth for 2026, including lots of fun games, prizes, and local Canadian yarn. Keep an eye out for more news about our book signings and get your tickets ready.

P.S. there may be a larger than life cut out of Paul at our booth for photo ops... just saying 🐸
