When ever I do quotes for prefinished floor sanding, I always get the same question” why is so expensive to sand prefinished hardwood?” Here’s the perfect example, 10 sanding belts that run 20$/ belt, still need approximately 6 more just to get the iron oxide coating off, then we can start to actually finish the raw hardwood.
