Welcoming a new display piece to the shop, showing off our 100% TapRoot linen 🤩
This yarn is perfect for creating a sturdy, durable beach bag that’s made to last (and fun to make!)
While we don’t have any 100% linen currently available in the shop, we recommend trying out one of our linen blend yarns. You still get the advantages of linen, while the bamboo and merino adds some softness and wearability. And look and those gorgeous colours!

Take a peek at these gorgeous colour ways!

We are thrilled to share this partnership with Denise and Teresa at Spectrum Fibre Works & Crafts in Hantsport, NS. They hand dyed some of our TapRoot spun wool and made it new again ✨

They brought in a variety of colours of worsted and fi*****ng weight wool in both 100g and 50g skeins, so you’re sure to find the perfect match for your project!

Some project ideas for a skein of indie dyed yarn:
-single skein projects like hats, cowls and mittens
-stripes or details in a larger project
-baby or children’s clothes
-colour work or a statement yoke in a sweater

Look at this beautiful summer knit! Handmade by our lovely coworker, Crystal.
This tank features “Biscuit”, our very own yarn, an incredible blend of alpaca and merino fibre.
Crystal used the Remi Camisole pattern by Caidree, which is available for purchase in store at Fibre Haven. She made some slight modifications to the pattern to accommodate a bulkier, worsted weight yarn rather than using DK weight, as the pattern calls for. However, we have lots of DK in stock in a variety of summery colours!
