Have you ever wanted to learn how to make authentic sourdough bread from scratch?

On Monday, June 15th, we're opening our bakery doors for a hands-on sourdough experience!

💲 $125 per person
👥 Limited to just 8 participants

During this interactive class you'll learn:

✔️ The science behind sourdough fermentation
✔️ How to maintain and feed a starter
✔️ How to mix your own sourdough dough
✔️ Stretch and fold techniques
✔️ Shaping your artisan loaf
✔️ Scoring and baking techniques
✔️ Tips and tricks I've learned throughout my sourdough journey

Each participant will receive:

Whether you're completely new to sourdough or have tried and struggled in the past, this class is designed to give you the confidence to create beautiful artisan bread at home.

We get asked often if we offer Gluten-Free products.

The answer is no — and here's why.

At Rustic Rebel Sourdough, we're a small-batch bakery with limited production space. While we absolutely understand and appreciate the need for gluten-free options, we cannot guarantee a safe gluten-free environment.

Our bakery handles flour daily, and despite our best efforts, the risk of cross-contamination is simply too high. For those with Celiac Disease or severe gluten sensitivities, even small amounts of gluten can be problematic, and we would never want to put someone's health at risk.

Rather than offer a product we can't confidently guarantee as safe, we've chosen to be honest and transparent.

We know this may disappoint some, but your safety will always come before making a sale.

We will be closing up at 2pm today.

Unfortunately our buildings conditioning unit is not working and my team and I are working in very unsafe conditions.
