As I look back on this incredible day, scrolling through posts, watching videos, and admiring pictures, I ponder what could have elevated it even further? Yet, the only thing that comes to mind is that nothing needed improvement! The weather cooperated perfectly, and it was the customers (new & returning) who made time, committed, and showed up that made all the difference. Their presence was what mattered, regardless of purchases, I'm confident they'll be back. This success story wouldn't have been possible without the collective effort of many. I'm grateful for Stephen Walsh's perseverance in finding the ideal location, Don & Marcia's trust in us as tenants. My hubby's strength brought my vision of white to life, while Wendy 's meticulous organizational skills showcased our items beautifully. A huge thank you to Ghost Train Run Moving Company & Paul for transporting everything from Ontario to NL. To our community supporters who embody the spirit of business and friendship: Elevate Balloons & Events for the stunning outside decor, Taste and Sea for the delicious sandwiches & fruit, Starbucks for the great coffee, Clarke's Country Corner for the delightful sweets oops I mean cookies, Kim from Aura Clothing Shop welcoming & supporting us new businesses to town, Riley Balsom our MHA and Nick Mercer for participating in our ceremony, Kerri Abbott from Town of Carbonear for coordinating the ribbon cutting with our Mayor Sam Slade. We celebrated six months of success and the official grand opening because December wasn't good and now with momentum building, we're excited for what's to come. Like, follow, and share ✅️
