Norfolk County keeps surprising me and I am here for it 🤍

SweetDarling’s Coffee & Bites just opened in Simcoe and it is already one of my favourite finds in this town. Megan brought her food truck from Waterford and turned it into something really special right here on our main street.

We had the cinnamon croffle — warm, flaky, perfectly sweet — and I am already thinking about going back.

This is the kind of place that makes a town feel like home. Go support Megan and go soon. You’ll thank yourself.

Fixed or variable? The answer has nothing to do with rates.

It has everything to do with how you want your finances to feel.

Fixed keeps your payment exactly the same every single month. No surprises. Easy to plan around. For buyers who want certainty — this is it.

Variable moves with interest rates. When rates drop, so does your payment. When they rise, so does your payment. For buyers who are comfortable with some movement in exchange for potential savings — this can work beautifully.
