A pretty special moment for Leafy Gains 🥹🏆

I’m incredibly honoured to have received the Sobeys Local Innovation Award for New Brunswick 2025!

What makes this award even more meaningful is that each Sobeys store in New Brunswick votes for the products they feel are making an impact in the local category. To have Leafy Gains chosen by the stores that actually carry and sell our cookies is something I’m incredibly proud of.

I wanted to bring something truly different to the protein snack category: a soft, fresh protein cookie that actually feels like a real cookie. Rather than the typical dry protein snacks. And honestly, this recognition just proves that there was a need for change in the protein snack category.

Having Paul Shaw, Head of the Local Department at Sobeys, come to our facility personally to present the award made this moment even more special.

From a small idea to being recognized by Sobeys stores across New Brunswick, I’m incredibly grateful for how far Leafy Gains has come.

Thank you to every Sobeys store that voted for us and to everyone who has supported us and continues to support us. ❤️

A little behind the scenes of a VERY exciting project 👀🍪
Earlier this year, we shared that we we're looking for a manufacturing partner to help us scale production. Then Biotech reached out with an encrusting machine sitting in storage wondering if they could make it work for our stuffed cookies.

So last week I sent them the ingredients and we put it to the test 👀

And honestly... For a first batch, the results were SO goos. 🤯

There's still lots to figure out but seeing our cookies made on equipment that could potentially help us scale production is a pretty exciting step for Leafy Gains !

And this is just ONE of the manufacturing partnerships we're working on 👀 We're also working with a second manufacturer who will be producing our other cookies.

Stay tuned for more updates on both partnerships and what this next chapter of scaling Leafy Gains looks like ! 🍪💪🏻

Our first Sobeys promotion with NS & PEI stores 🥹😍 !! Stock up on your favorite protein cookies for 3.79$ until August 12. We will be on PEI August 7-8 demoing our products and can't wait to meet all of you ! 😁

Thank you so much to each & every one of you who has made this dream become a reality. 🥹 It's been a year since we saw our product in Sobeys for the very first time & tomorrow we get to do a demo at this location to meet the higher ups in the company. What a full circle moment !

Since last year we've expanded to 40 locations throughout NB, NS & PEI & we're just getting started ! We have so many projects in the works right now & I can't wait to share more about them soon ! 😁
