Rooted in construction, shaped by design.

With over 20 years of general contracting experience, my approach to interior design has always been grounded in a deep understanding of how homes are built. That knowledge informs every decision I make — from spatial planning and architectural detailing to the layers that bring warmth, balance and longevity to a home.

I focus primarily on new home construction and large-scale renovations because the most meaningful design decisions happen long before the finishing touches. The choices made early — in layout, proportion, flow and function — are often what define the success of the home as a whole.

My work has always been rooted in the belief that thoughtful design should do more than create something beautiful. It should bring clarity to complex decisions, shape how a home lives, and influence the outcome at every level.

Because the most compelling homes are rarely the result of isolated design decisions — they’re the product of expertise considered from the ground up.

It’s not what you see first… it’s what your eye keeps coming back to 🤍

The warmth of the wood, the softness of the upholstery, and the texture of the stone all feel connected—nothing stands alone.

Design tip: Focus on rhythm and proportion over perfect matching.
→ Repeat tones throughout the space so your eye can move effortlessly
→ Let one element lead, while the others support
→ Balance heavier materials with lighter forms to keep everything feeling refined

It’s a subtle layering that makes a space feel complete.

Most people assume a kitchen feels small because the house is small.
More often than not, it’s a layout issue.

Windows, walls, and structure matter — but so does knowing when to question the way a home has always been arranged. Once those assumptions are challenged, the solution usually isn’t bigger… it’s more intentional.

This project is a reminder that good design starts long before finishes are chosen.

Luxury lives in the details.
A mix of smooth stone, soft-painted cabinetry, woven textures, and warm wood creates depth without relying on bold colour. When textures are layered thoughtfully, a neutral kitchen never feels flat — it feels elevated and timeless.

The work in 2025 was guided by experience — knowing which decisions need to be made early, and how the right finishes create homes that feel timeless rather than tied to a moment.

Every project focused on choices that would still feel considered years from now, not just at reveal.

Thank you to the clients who trusted that approach and invested in designing their homes with intention from the start.

January and February bookings are now open for virtual and in-person design services as 2026 begins.

Before and After ✨

One of the first things I look at in any renovation is what can stay. If the plumbing locations are functional and the flow works, keeping the layout allows us to invest the budget where it has the most impact—materials, millwork, lighting, and the overall experience of the space.

In this bathroom, that strategy paid off.
We kept the footprint exactly the same, but reimagined every surface.

The biggest transformation?
✨ A vanity designed to feel like a collected piece of furniture rather than standard built-ins. The rich wood tone, furniture-style base, and classic detailing brought instant warmth and character to the room—proof that thoughtful design can completely shift how a space feels without moving a single pipe.

Timeless, elevated, and entirely refreshed.

Before and After ✨
Most renovation ideas start out as inspiration boards — my role is to execute that inspiration into a clear, cohesive plan.
For this full renovation, we took what the home already gave us, including the existing beam, and built a layered design around it.

A fluted island adds texture and presence, mixed metals bring depth, and warm brass ties the whole palette together. Every selection was made with intention so the space feels balanced, elevated, and timeless.
