Eleven years ago, I started beekeeping as a hobby for my retirement years. Thanks to the support of so many, it grew into a small but meaningful business. It was never large — just enough to break even, and more importantly, to bring purpose and joy.
It is with real sadness that this year marks the end of that journey.
Last September, I experienced an unexpected retinal detachment. Then, just last month, an aneurysm was discovered. Neither condition is considered life-threatening, but both have been life-changing.
With gratitude and kindness, I want to sincerely thank everyone who has supported me along the way. As I approach my 70s, the time has come for me to retire this year.
Thank you for your encouragement, your loyalty, and for being part of this chapter of my life. It has meant more than I can fully express.
