The building is empty. The stock has been moved. And wow…what a chapter that was!

Painted Donkey is heading into something new in downtown Cobourg, and while change is hard, this one feels right.
We’re hustling hard behind the scenes to get set up and we’ll be opening our doors again really soon.

When one door closes, another one opens — and this one feels like growth, balance, and possibility.

We update Google with the correct hours whenever there is a variation from our normal hours. If you're ever wondering if we're open check there first!

BOXING DAY SALE ORDERS...
You kept the orders much smaller this time and we're working through them very quickly. We should have them all packed by the end of the week. Keep your eye on your email (junk & spam too!) for your ready to pickup or your shipping emails.

PICKUP ORDERS...

If you have orders to pickup please make an effort to pickup in the very near future so that your order doesn't have to be shipped out to you at your cost.

We have a LOT of orders here waiting for pickup and many are well beyond the allowable 14 day period. We'll be going through them next week and will be refunding less a 20% re-stocking fee anything that falls into this category...so please ensure you come and see us this week if this will affect you.

IN-STORE SHOPPING...

We have closed in store shopping. All orders must be placed through the website - pickup is still an option. We are in the process of emptying out the store front in preparation for inventory counting and packing for our move which will begin very shortly.

INVENTORY...
We'll be doing an inventory count and updating all remaining items once all the orders have been packed. If there is something that you're waiting for I'll post once we have completed this so that you can re-check the website to see it what you need "magically" appeared.

More updates will follow as we get closer to packing up and leaving our Ajax location. We will be moving to 47 King Street West in downtown Cobourg. We have had the store out there for roughly 18 months and are looking forward to welcoming you there as we greatly expand our offerings from that location.

All remaining stock will move with us along with the DTF and UV DTF printers. New re-stocks will not happen until February/March timeframe.
