Did you know we do plans for city submissions too? 👀

Interior design is a lot more than picking the pretty stuff. We can also create detailed floor plans and drawing packages for renovations, suites, layout changes and other projects that need to make their way through the city approval process.

So before the walls start moving and the contractors start swinging hammers, we make sure there’s actually a plan. 😏

So excited to finally share this one ✨

We’ve been quietly working away on this project behind the scenes, and now that our clients have officially seen the design, I can finally start showing you what we’ve been creating.

This home is all about bold contrast, warm wood tones, statement stone, and making every square inch work hard without sacrificing style. From the oversized kitchen island to the hidden pantry and cozy living space, every detail has been intentionally planned.

And yes… keeping projects off Instagram until the clients see them first is probably the hardest part of my job 😂

Can’t wait to share more as this one comes to life.

POV: I tell my clients, “We’ll just go with the flow.”

Meanwhile, I already have:
✔️ Plan A
✔️ Plan B
✔️ A backup for Plan B
✔️ Three alternate tile layouts
✔️ Every light fixture saved in a folder
✔️ A mild panic attack if someone says, “Let’s just wing it.”

I look easygoing.

But if we’re being honest… I’m just a control freak with a floor plan. 😂

Some people collect shoes… I collect tile samples, fabric swatches, paint colours, and “just one more” lighting option.

It’s not a phase. It’s my career. 😅✨
