One foot in summer, one very enthusiastic foot in fall 😜

It’s been fall + holiday season for weeks in our studio so naturally we’re excited and looking forward to sharing what we’ve been working on (and the new scents coming with it)

But today, we’re reflecting on summer.
busy days that turned into slow evenings, weekends away, and many, many sunsets.

some custom projects tell more than one story.
these candles were created for two moments surrounding the same celebration - a girls trip to Portugal and the wedding that followed.

One became a keepsake from the adventure, the other a small thank you for guests to take home after the celebration.

It’s always a privilege to create something that becomes part of memories like these. 🤍

indica dream is back for one last time.

with notes of moroccan mint, cannabis flower, rhubarb, patchouli, violet, and sandalwood, this scent feels fresh, grounding, and just a little unexpected in the best way.

this is the very last batch before it goes into retirement 🥲 so once it’s gone, it’s gone.

our three custom candles created with the Trinity Historical Society are once again available at their seasonal gift shop in the Lester Garland House - along with a selection of other forest & brooks favourites.

each scent was inspired by Trinity’s coastal beauty, historic spaces, and charm:

trinity sunrise - blood orange, warm cocoa, and sea salt
Inspired by Trinitys beautiful colours at sunrise.

trinity forge - smoked amber, sandalwood, and roasted marshmallow
Inspired by the craftsmanship inside the historic forge.

trinity museum - coconut milk, lemon, vanilla, and tonka bean
inspired by lemon meringue pie & the museum’s past life as a home.

if you’re visiting the area this summer, be sure to stop in and give them a smell.
