I been mat hooking now for a year. A dear beautiful soul which is resting in heaven, Carol Smith taught me to mat hook. Her tradition will live on. My Newfoundland hooked mats are made with burlap and Briggs & Little real sheep wool. I stencil a picture on the burlap and go to it. All my rugs are for sale. I will put measurements on each piece, just message me for price.
