✨ On-Site Personalization is BACK at Christmas at the Glacier! ✨

One of my favourite parts of Christmas at the Glacier last year was getting to personalize gifts right there at the booth — and I'm so excited to be doing it again this year! 🤍

But this year, I also want you to think about those special memories tucked away at home.

❤️ Do you have a handwritten recipe from Nan or Mom?

📸 A favourite family photograph you'd love to preserve?

✍️ A special piece of handwriting that means the world to you?

Bring them along to Christmas at the Glacier!

I'll be personalizing select gifts on-site again this year, and I'll also be taking custom orders for those meaningful keepsakes that need a little extra time and care.

Whether it's a name added to a Christmas gift or a treasured family memory turned into something lasting, I'd love to help you create something special.

Start gathering those recipes and photographs now — I can't wait to see what you bring! 🤍

Santa Paws is officially in production! 🐾🎄

A whole box of kitty ornaments is taking over the workshop tonight! 😻

These “Here Comes Santa Paws” cat ornaments are getting ready for Christmas at the Glacier, and seeing them all lined up like this makes me so excited for the show.

Because, of course, the cat runs the house… so they definitely deserve their own spot on the Christmas tree. 😂🐾

Fresh journal stock has arrived!

A new batch of journals just landed at Silver Lining Creations, and I’m so happy to have these back in stock. 🤍

These have become one of my favourite gifts to personalize — add a name, meaningful saying or one of our designs to make it completely your own.

Perfect for:
• Journaling
• Notes & lists
• Recipes
• Work or school
• Gift giving
• Or keeping all those thoughts and plans in one place

And yes… I’ll be getting some of these ready for Christmas at the Glacier! 🎄

I’ll share the new colours and some finished designs soon.

Which would you choose — simple name personalization or a full design?

This view is making me a little excited. 🤍

The studio is VERY busy these days as I work away getting ready for Christmas at the Glacier!

There are ornaments being cut, orders being finished, new pieces coming together and, if I’m being completely truthful… a little bit of organized chaos happening behind the scenes. 😂

Seeing my Silver Lining Creations sign sitting there in the middle of it all is such a good reminder of how far this little business has come.

3 weeks until Christmas at the Glacier! 🎄
Back to work I go… there’s still LOTS to do! 🤍

Can’t get much better than this for the last few days of September! ☀️🍂

Garage door open, sunshine pouring in, Christmas music may or may not be playing 😂 and the Glacier prep is in full swing!

Lots and lots of ornaments coming together today for Christmas at the Glacier. 🎄

I’ll happily take a few more days like this before Newfoundland decides it’s officially fall. 😂🤍

You can place your Silver Lining Creations order right through the website and still pay by e-Transfer!

I know lots of you prefer EMT, especially those of you who have been ordering from me through Facebook for years — and you can absolutely still do that.

Simply shop the website, add your items and personalization, and go through checkout as usual. When you reach payment, choose E-Transfer (EMT).

Your order will be submitted through the website, and you'll receive the instructions for sending your e-Transfer once your order is placed.

Why order this way?
🤍 All of your personalization details stay together with your order
🤍 You receive an order confirmation
🤍 You can choose local pickup or shipping
🤍 You can still pay by EMT — no credit card required

Of course, I'm always here if you need help choosing or personalizing something. But when you're ready to order, you can now do it all in one place.

A Christmas ornament you can actually hear. 🤍🎄

This might be one of my favourite new keepsakes this year.
Our new Personalized Voice Recording Ornaments let you record up to 30 seconds of sound — a child’s little voice, Nan or Pop saying Merry Christmas, a favourite laugh, a special message, or simply something you never want to forget.

Imagine pulling out the Christmas decorations years from now, pressing that little button and hearing that voice again. 🤍

Each ornament is personalized with a name, age and year, creating a keepsake made especially for you.

🎙️ Records up to 30 seconds
🎄 Personalized just for you
🤍 Handcrafted in Newfoundland
🎁 A keepsake made to come out year after year

$30 each

I currently have just 11 recorders available, with more on the way. Once these 11 are spoken for, additional orders will move to preorder while I wait for the next shipment.

The road to Christmas at the Glacier is looking a little like this these days. 🤍
Sheets are being cut, stacks are getting bigger, and there are tiny pieces everywhere. 😂
It might not look like much just yet, but all of these pieces will eventually become ornaments ready for the Glacier in October.
There’s still a LOT of cutting, engraving and assembling ahead of me, but I love watching everything slowly start to come together.
One sheet, one ornament, one very full worktable at a time. 🤍

Tonight’s experiment… 👀

Apparently I can engrave paper now too! 😍

I’ve been spending a lot of time lately testing, learning and figuring out just how much this new machine can do — and tonight we tried something completely different.

It’s only a test, but I have to admit… my mind is already spinning with ideas. 🤍

What if I fall?
Oh, but my darling,
what if you fly?

Stay tuned… I think this could be fun. ✨
