Can’t believe summer is already over! It went by so fast, but was full of new experiences, exciting projects, and lots of learning.

My first store shelf, my first street market, a family road trip, rainy camping trips, time by the shore, a new creative tool, and so many things made with love.

Summer was busy, exciting, and sometimes challenging, but I’m grateful for every part of it.

Now I’m ready for fall, new ideas, and hopefully lots of good things ahead.

Creating has so many essential steps that you simply can’t skip. This one might not look that important… until you feel the difference.
My inner perfectionist just can’t relax until the bottom of every creation is protected. No thuds, no scratches, no worries.
It’s a small detail, but those little details are what make handmade pieces feel truly finished.

The creative process doesn’t always go smoothly. Sometimes you’re working on something and the only thought in your head is: “Stop. Stop doing it. You’re ruining it.”

Everything looks wrong, you don’t like where it’s going, and for a moment it feels like there’s no way back.

But I’m slowly learning not to panic, to trust that feeling, and not to be afraid to start over.

That’s exactly what happened here. I already had a beautiful heart and just wanted to add a little shine. But the paint I chose made me feel more like a butcher than an artist. 😂 Everything suddenly looked… wrong.

So I stopped, wiped it all off, took a breath, and started over.

And honestly, the result was worth every bit of the extra effort. Don’t you think?
