Delivery fee has to be paid before delivery or when I arrive. I will not hand over the items without the fee being paid . Shipping prices vary by weight and sizing of products as well as packaging. Items such as mugs need to be shipped in boxes so they cost more. I charge you half the price and pay the second half of shipping. If the item is damaged I will replace it. I will send a tracking number when it's available. All shipments will have card availability to pick up so if they miss you it will be taken to the post office for pick up. Payment and Deposit Policy
Fees are to be paid via e transfer. With some exceptions. I ask for full payment upfront on orders $50.00 and under. Over $50.00 you can pay full price upfront or a deposit of half your total. If threatened I will report to police and not deliver the item, as well as block you. If you are going to verbally insult or attack I will block and not deliver the item.
