No refund or exchange on already finished products. Some items not that are not htv can be changed with extra cost for supplies. Must meet in Saskatoon or Prince Albert
Pick up in wakaw also available. Will send dates and times when available. Will require you to meet at the location I am at when I am there. If I go to more than one place I will let you know in case it's closer to you. Delivery fe

e will be charged if you want delivered to house or work. It's free if you meet me when I am in town. Delivering outside of Saskatoon or Prince Albert will be more than $5.00

already in town meeting others to ask for your items to be delivered. Delivery fee within Saskatoon and Prince Albert will be $5.00
Delivery fee has to be paid before delivery or when I arrive. I will not hand over the items without the fee being paid . Shipping prices vary by weight and sizing of products as well as packaging. Items such as mugs need to be shipped in boxes so they cost more. I charge you half the price and pay the second half of shipping. If the item is damaged I will replace it. I will send a tracking number when it's available. All shipments will have card availability to pick up so if they miss you it will be taken to the post office for pick up. Payment and Deposit Policy
Fees are to be paid via e transfer. With some exceptions. I ask for full payment upfront on orders $50.00 and under. Over $50.00 you can pay full price upfront or a deposit of half your total. Delivery fee has to be paid before delivery or when I arrive. I will not hand over items without a delivery fee. Threats and Abuse
If threatened I will report to police and not deliver the item, as well as block you. If you are going to verbally insult or attack I will block and not deliver the item.
