I am pasta making like mad today, this is a sneak peek of what my supper was last night just to tease y’all.
I used a little bit of chicken stock and heavy cream, butter, ugarlic, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper some Mrs. Dash and a pinch of Italian seasoning, and I blended in a tablespoon of ricotta and a generous pinch of Parmesan to make the sauce. I used a rubber whisk in a shallow pan to get the sauce incorporated and then I added some cooked shrimp and cheating some imitation crab, but that’s just cause I didn’t have any real crab.
The pasta is a marbled blend of spinach, based (I keep fixing this word to based, and Facebook keeps changing it to face I did not use any face pasta.lmao) pasta, and regular pasta that I put my pasta maker at like a spaghetti thickness and I boiled it for a total of one minute fresh (which if you ask me was a shave too long) and it was finished . I dare say I feel like a bit of a pasta pig today because I ate the whole dish of it. Ya just can’t stop once you start.
