Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with One Knotty Habit! We want to ensure your experience with us is satisfactory. Please take a moment to review our policies below.
1. Condition of Items
- All home décor, furniture, vintage items, and collectibles are used unless otherwise specified.
- Refinished pieces are refurbished second-hand items and may show minor imperfections consistent with age and previous use.
- We strive to provide quality refinished and restored items with durability and care.
2. Inspection Prior to Purchase
- Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect items before purchase.
- All items are sold “as is” in their current condition.
3. Post-Purchase Responsibility
- One Knotty Habit is not responsible for damage occurring after an item has left our possession or during transport by the customer.
4. Satisfaction Concerns
- Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns regarding your purchase, please contact us promptly.

Hold, Deposit, Pickup & Delivery Policy
5. Unpaid Holds
- Unpaid holds are limited to 3 days unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Deposit Requirement
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold items for up to 7 days.
7. Deposit & Ownership Terms
- A deposit secures a temporary hold only and does not transfer ownership until full payment is received.
- Items not paid for or picked up within the agreed timeframe may be returned to inventory without refund.
8. Fully Paid Items
- Fully paid items must be picked up within 14 calendar days unless other arrangements have been approved in writing.
9. Return to Inventory
- Items not picked up within the required timeframe will be returned to inventory and may be resold without further notice.
- Payments and deposits on abandoned or unclaimed items are non-refundable.
10. Customer Responsibility
- It is the customer’s responsibility to communicate pickup plans and arrange transportation within the required timeframe.
11. Storage & Space Limitations
- One Knotty Habit does not offer long-term storage facilities.
12. Delivery Policy
- Delivery is subject to availability and scheduling capacity.
- Delivery is not available without full payment received in advance.
- Delivery charges apply and must also be paid in full prior to delivery.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery arrangements have been scheduled or completed.
13. Customer Measurement Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for ensuring items will fit through doorways, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and into the intended space prior to purchase or delivery.
14. Missed Pickup or Delivery Appointments
- Customers who miss scheduled pickup or delivery appointments without notice may be required to reschedule based on availability and may be subject to additional fees.
15. Weather & Safety Conditions
- One Knotty Habit reserves the right to reschedule pickups or deliveries due to unsafe weather, road conditions, or safety concerns.
16. Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits and payments made toward held items are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
17. Special Circumstances
- Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact One Knotty Habit directly to discuss any special circumstances.
18. Communication
- All communication regarding holds, pickups, deliveries, payments, and policy questions should be directed through official One Knotty Habit communication channels.
19. Policy Updates
- One Knotty Habit reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time.
By purchasing, placing a deposit, arranging a hold, or scheduling delivery with One Knotty Habit, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
