Part 2 of my first intarsia piece. Definitely missed filming a few steps lol

This definitely challenged me, there’s a lot that I’ll do differently next time but you go to school on the first ones.

Not perfect but looks pretty damn good. Although, if you can spot the reason I probably won’t sell it then you’ve got a keen eye 🫣

Technically I’ve tried intarsia once before but it was over before I had hardly started. My templates were out of wack and my material was wayyyy too thick.

With some tips from chelsea (aka the GOAT) and some inspiration from the rad and talented Tom Zawistowski this time it’s shaping up to be pretty decent for my real first go at it!

I love just how many things can be done with the scroll saw. Truly the best tool out there 🤘🏻
