Sunday Fun Day!

You came in for a quick look. You left with a vintage lamp, three books, a serving dish and absolutely no regrets.

That's the magic of thrifting at FIND.

Make us part of your Sunday plans. Come for the deals, stay for the unexpected treasures and feel good knowing your purchases support people moving out of homelessness.

What's the most random thing you've ever thrifted?

A couch gets all the attention.

But when someone is moving out of homelessness, it's often the little things that make a house feel like home.

A lamp to read by.
A frying pan to cook dinner.
Art for the walls.
A coffee table where kids can play.

These everyday items matter more than you might think.

What household item could you not imagine living without?

New to FIND? Welcome!

We’re more than a thrift store.

FIND is a social enterprise of Homeward Trust Edmonton that helps furnish homes for people moving out of homelessness.

Here’s how it works:

1. You donate gently used furniture and household goods.

2. Items needed for the Furniture Bank help turn empty spaces into comfortable homes.

3. Other donated treasures are sold in our thrift store and Online Boutique, with proceeds supporting the work we do.

So whether you’re donating a couch, hunting for a one-of-a-kind FIND or simply telling someone about us, you’re part of the solution to ending homelessness in Edmonton.

Furniture is dignity. A home is hope.

Welcome to FIND. We’re glad you found us!

This dresser, for example, wants to set you up for clothes finding success.

It drew you a map.

Shorts here.
Pants HERE.

At this point, if you can’t find your pants, that’s between you and the dresser.

Come thrift the one-of-a-kind FINDs you definitely won’t see everywhere else.

We’ll be back to regular hours tomorrow, Tuesday, October 13.

Today is an opportunity to recognize the people in our community experiencing homelessness, while also recognizing that homelessness is a housing issue that requires all of us to be part of the solution.

We see what happens when someone finally has a place to call HOME. An empty apartment becomes a space to rest, share a meal, feel safe and begin building what comes next.

Through Edmonton’s housing sector, FIND provides essential furniture and household items to help turn those empty spaces into home.

But the work doesn’t end at the front door.

Everyone deserves the dignity, stability and comfort of HOME.

On World Homeless Day, we’re grateful to the agencies, donors, shoppers and community members helping make that possible.

Together, we can end homelessness!

We’re committed to making Find welcoming for everyone.

Every second Friday of the month, Find offers a quieter shopping environment with dimmed lights, no music and reduced noise from 3-5pm.

You’re invited to browse at your own pace in a calmer space.
