I’m so glad a little rain, cold and even some snow didn’t stop my lovely clients from coming out to our annual Century 21 Masters Pumpkin Drive! 🧡🎃

We collected much needed donations for Edmonton's Food Bank, enjoyed some burgers, handed out pumpkins, and had so much fun catching up!

One of the best parts of this event is reconnecting with past clients who have become friends over the years.

Getting to stay connected with the people I’ve had the privilege of helping is what makes my job so rewarding.

Edmonton is getting some global attention for all the right reasons!👏

Oxford Economics has named Edmonton the only Canadian city on its North American “Cities to Watch” list for 2026.

Edmonton ranked 125th in Oxford Economics' 2026 Global Cities Index, behind Calgary at 69th. But Edmonton was the only Canadian city named to its new Cities to Watch list, with Oxford forecasting strong population and workforce growth.

What if one of central south Edmonton’s most convenient neighbourhoods is also one of the easiest to overlook? 🌳

Pleasantview is quiet, established and surprisingly well connected, with the LRT, Southgate, the University of Alberta and downtown all within easy reach.

But what I find interesting about Pleasantview is the range. Original bungalows sit alongside renovated homes and new infills, with prices and lot sizes that can vary considerably from one block to the next.

And there are trade-offs. Some buyers will love how quiet it feels. Others may want more happening right outside their door. Infill and construction are also part of the neighbourhood’s ongoing change.

Swipe for a closer look at what it costs, what daily life looks like, and what you should know before buying here.

Save this for your Edmonton home search, and DM me “PLEASANTVIEW” if you’d want my help comparing it with other central south Edmonton neighbourhoods.

You don’t really live in Ritchie…….. you experience it.🌳

Your morning starts with coffee around the corner. Your dog knows every trail in Mill Creek Ravine. Dinner plans don’t require reservations weeks in advance because your favourite brewery is a five-minute walk away.

That’s why you’ll find everything from a $345,000 character bungalow to a $1.29 million luxury infill on the same street. People aren’t just buying a house here, they’re buying a lifestyle.

Swipe to see what life looks like at every price point, what Saturdays look like, the trade-offs to know before buying, and why Ritchie continues to be one of Edmonton’s most sought-after neighbourhoods.

What if you didn’t have to choose between walkability and a short commute?

This is Ritchie. 🌳

Single-family homes in Ritchie, Edmonton sit between Whyte Avenue and Mill Creek Ravine, with walkable streets, the Ritchie Market, and the U of A minutes away.

1940s and 50s bungalows share blocks with brand-new infill two-storeys, so the same street can hold a first home and a forever build.

Two markets, one neighbourhood: character homes typically sell in the $400s to low $500s in 2025, while new infill range from the high $700s to roughly $1.28M. Full planning ranges are pinned below.

Save this one for your Edmonton shortlist.

Most deals have at least one of these days. My job is mostly to be the guide, keeping everyone paddling in the same direction until the water calms down.

If you’re looking for a single-family home in west Edmonton, Grovenor is a neighbourhood worth considering.

Most buyers spend all their time comparing houses.

The ones who end up happiest compare how they’ll actually live.

Because after moving day, it’s not the kitchen that matters most.

It’s the walks you’ll take, where you’ll grab coffee on Saturday morning, whether your commute fits your routine, and if the neighbourhood still feels like home five years from now.

Grovenor offers a combination that’s becoming harder to find: mature tree-lined streets, a strong sense of community, about 15 minutes to downtown, and a great mix of original homes, renovated properties, and newer infills.

If west Edmonton is on your list, save this post. It’ll help you decide whether Grovenor belongs on your shortlist—and how it compares to other neighbourhoods you might be considering.

Looking for mature trees, parks, a local school and beautiful infill homes?

This is Grovenor.🌳

When families are buying single-family homes in west Edmonton, Grovenor consistently appeals to those prioritizing central access, mature streets, and west-end character at a more accessible entry point.

Most single-family homes here sit on 5,000–7,000 square foot lots with established trees, close to Westmount Shopping Centre and Coronation Park.

Grovenor School in boundary. Commute to downtown typically runs about 15 minutes via Groat Road.

Planning range for updated family homes typically falls between $550K–$850K, with entry points around $450K–$550K for homes needing updates and renovated homes commonly reaching $700K–$800K.

This neighbourhood appeals to families prioritizing west-central location, with some walkable amenities and close access to River Valley.
