Live edge white oak dining table with matching bench, delivered to a beautifully renovated home on the South Shore. All of the wood was milled from the same tree for a consistent look throughout.

Custom-fabricated steel base designed specifically to fit the table, then powder coated satin black for a durable, clean finish.

Custom platform bed for the coolest house in Hubley, NS! This room had a pretty tight footprint, so we designed the bed to take up as little space as possible. Simple but strong knock-down hardware allowed us to bring everything inside and assemble it on-site. Made from solid ash with custom fabricated brackets supporting the headboard and giving it that floating look.

Wrapped up this rustic coffee table for a great family, delivered to their beautiful home today.

They came to me with a special request to recreate a sentimental piece. Unfortunately, they lost their home in the Hammonds Plains fires, and with it, a coffee table made from wood out of the father-in-law’s childhood farmhouse bedroom. They had a couple pictures to reference, so I did my best to match the original. They were thrilled with the result, and I was really happy with how this one, which isn’t my usual style, turned out.

The base is solid poplar, painted white, and the red oak top is finished with Rubio Monocoat Cocoa, giving it a rich, warm tone that worked perfectly for the space.

Always a pleasure to take on meaningful projects and try something new. Last picture is of the original table.

King-size challenge, king-size reward 👑🪵

We built this custom ash bed frame, and it put all our skills to the test. The beveled castle-style legs (also known as a Shiro joint) and half-lap joinery in the rails pushed our precision, while the chevron headboard brought its own challenge - fitting each angled piece perfectly into place. Proud to have delivered this one to a beautiful home in Hammonds Plains. Built to last, and made to stand out.

This stunning 8-foot black walnut dining table, paired with a matching tapered leg base, has found its perfect home in White Rock, NS. With a picturesque view overlooking w**e country in the valley, their new space was already beautiful with walnut accents throughout and now they have a table to tie it all together!

We custom designed this table to match their chairs on order and finished it with Rubio Monocoat Pure 2C to enhance the walnut’s rich colour and grain while keeping it well-protected for years to come. A piece built to last, just like the memories that will be made around it.

Even their cat, Smudge, wasted no time giving it a paw of approval! 🐾

This bookmatched beauty was delivered to a lovely repeat customer just in time for the holidays! Made from 2 big slabs of Nova Scotian curly ash, we couldn’t be any happier with how it looks on its black steel base in our “hourglass” design ⏳

DYK? Bookmatching is is the practice of matching two (or more) wood slabs, so that two adjoining surfaces mirror each other. This gives the impression of an opened book, hence the term. This table is a true bookmatch because the slabs don’t just look alike, but are actually slabs cut in succession from the same tree!
