It is Wednesday! What are we working on?

Today I am knitting socks. It is June, which to me means flowers and bright colours, so I went for colourful socks. I am not alone in my love of colour because these crazy socks are already claimed. 🌸🌼🌹

Welcome to my life... these are 5 project bags on the go. Hopefully this week I will finish one project, plus empty and put away 2 others. That just leaves 2 more - a pair of socks and my shawl. I am notorious for having multiple projects on the go and not immediately emptying the bag!

If ever you worry about being a chaotic crafter, remember you aren't alone! It can't be all that bad because I get a lot of stuff made. 🤣

Just the toe to go! Then I can sew in ends and this Christmas order is done.... only to be followed by 6 more different stockings 🤣

Don't mind the wrinkles, it has been stuffed in a bag more than worked on lately...

Remember the shawl I started with yarn I dyed? Well, I am over half way! It has been put aside so I can catch up on orders, but it occasionally comes out for a row or two.

I started following Daylight Fading pattern, but wanted mine huge (almost 3 1/2' across and only half way!) and triangle shaped, so I altered a bit. I love the look!

With Girl Guide season beginning to wrap up I realized I had never finished the hat for our teenage helper! She has been with us 4 years and is moving on to bigger and better things, so she needs a little reminder of us 💙

I am not fond of stitching the pattern on an already knit hat, but it was the best way I could quickly manage, so it will have to do.

I always have to have 2 projects on the go - for when one gets too repetitive or I need a change.

Project #2 are the flashiest socks you can imagine 🤣
