We have some exciting news!
Everything business-wise is set up and Swanky Fork Kitchen is ready for a soft open on Saturday, June 4!
For the month of June, Classic Pan Buns and possibly other specialty types of buns will be available.

Unfortunately, I have been having a heck of a time securing proper packaging to make the cinnamon buns work for the baker and customer end at this point! Many of my go-to packaging for the Cinnamon Buns are currently being phased out and replaced with environmentally friendly options flooding the market. They are good alternatives, however, I will need more time to find a good fit and test the packaging out to see what will work best.

Saturday, June 4 menu & pickup will feature Classic Pan Buns.
I still have a month left of Teaching before summer vacation so business hours will essentially be pop-up dates on my available weekends for now.
Fast forward to July and after a well-deserved minor week-long rest for our personal holiday… business hours & pickups will be available on Tuesdays for Pan Buns, Wednesdays for Cinnamon Buns, and Thursdays for a weekly featured Sweet/Dessert!

Quantities available will be posted and updated as the specific menu/day goes on and orders are claimed.
Items are sold first come first served through PM or emailing us at [email protected] to place your order.
E-transfers or cash in hand payment upon pickup must be received to secure your product.
Pickup times for all menu days will be available between 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm. Please message for our pickup address in Esterhazy.
If you do not pick up your product on the scheduled menu day or time, Swanky Fork Kitchen reserves the right to sell the product and arrange another date for you to order through us when you are able to pick up your product.
At this time, deliveries will not be available.
