This design choice ensures precise ninety degree angles on baked layers right out of the oven. The result is a significant reduction in preparation time.
We also focused on durability. Professional kitchens subject tools to intense stress. To combat warping and extend product lifespan, we integrated rolled edges into our pans. This provides essential rigidity during heavy commercial use.
