One of our wonderful Roadies is heading off on maternity leave, which means we’re looking for an amazing human to join the Hanson Road team beginning this July 🤍
We’re searching for someone who loves helping people, enjoys creating beautiful spaces, notices the little details, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
This role includes customer service, taking flower orders, merchandising displays, receiving inventory, answering customer emails, creating Instagram stories, occasional local deliveries, and helping make Hanson Road feel warm, welcoming, and beautiful every day.
The ideal candidate might be a boutique retail superstar, a home decor lover, a plant person, a former Indigo employee, a creative mom returning to work, or simply someone who gets genuine satisfaction from seeing something that needs attention and making it better.
If you would happily spend an hour perfecting a display of candles, books, plants, pottery, and flowers until it feels just right, we’d love to hear from you 🌿
A quick note: while the regular schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, our industry has some wonderfully busy seasons. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, Graduation Season, Easter, and Thanksgiving are all hands-on-deck moments at Hanson Road, and flexibility during these peak periods is an important part of the role.
✨ Full-time (approximately 39 hours/week)
✨ Tuesday–Friday 9:30–5:30
✨ Saturdays 9:30–4:30
✨ Approx. 12–18 month maternity leave contract
✨ Downtown Fredericton
