With a quick turn around and one on one conversations you will always love your personalized creations! All items are handmade and can vary slightly, as such, some items may have small IMperfections which makes them unique and beautiful! Current turn around time is 1-2 weeks for order completion. Please message us for more details prior to placing an order. Local pickup is available in Gander, New

foundland. Shipping is available at customers expense. Rates will vary depending on location and items. Postal service shipping times can vary- unfortunately shipping times are out of our control. Once an item is shipped the order is considered complete, the time it takes to get delivered is not our responsibility. If you have been provided a tracking number and have not received the item within a reasonable amount of time, please contact us to set up a claim. Due to the personalized nature of the products and current COVID-19 guidelines, returns and refunds will NOT be accepted. However, if there is a problem or you have any concerns please contact us within 7 days so we can address the issue and provide a solution!
