Chocolate chip Cookie Cake; 4 layers of chocolate chip cookie cake, and 2 layers of edible chocolate chip cookie dough.

As usual - made from scratch with real butter, fresh cream, homemade sandwich cookies, edible cookie dough, Italian meringue cookie buttercream, white chocolate ganache, cookie crumble, and topped with edible gold glitter & a Happy Birthday Chocolate from in Elmsdale! Whew! lol.

I am literally counting down the days to our first night in the trailer - so with that momentum, today I made this adorable s’mores station box!

No the background is not AI (just the positioning of the sign makes it kind look that way), but that’s Jake up at the top of the stairs in all his big floofy-ness!

The biggest sign I’ve done thus far. 2x4 - “Our Campfire” on birch, with custom actual silhouettes of the couple, and finished with outdoor paint and sealed! And even prettier in person!!! 🏕️🔥

We are off to a cottage with the kids for the weekend after a crazy couple of weeks with hubs being in and out of the hospital a few times with a hernia he needs surgery on. 😬 I’ll be working in the craft room for a bit on Sunday when we get back to finish another custom sign (equally as big haha), Then we are headed to PEI for March break.

I’ll be back in the craft room March 23rd to complete an even bigger project (4x4), which is exciting and cool - and something completely different that I’ve ever done! A giant mariner star that will actually be installed on a ceiling, around a light in a, currently being renovated, Airbnb!

Lots on the go - but no complaints here!

My oldest daughter is celebrating her 19th birthday today! Her cake is inspired by her new favourite book series; The Empyrean Series by Rebecca Yarros.

Rich chocolate cake, vanilla buttercream, topped with gold glitter dust, gold jimmies and finished off with dragon laser cutouts!
