One day, two very aesthetic themes! ✨

I was so obsessed with this Mediterranean tablescape the girls put together for this one, which, as always, makes putting the menu together that much more fun!

This one was a little trickier because I knew I wouldn’t have a full kitchen to work with, just a BBQ and microwave for heat. But honestly, it worked perfectly with the menu: lots of dips, grilled things, and fresh Mediterranean flavours. And it all came together SO perfectly! 🤌🏼☀️

My favourite clients are the ones who go all out, embrace a theme, and aren’t afraid to be extra!! 🤌🏼 (aka having your husband build a table🙌🏼🤩)

I was SO excited when Brittany Rieder asked me to chef her 30th birthday celebration and even more excited when she said euro summer picnic vibes . Obviously I was all in 🇮🇹🍋🥂

It makes the whole process so much more fun, from dreaming up the menu to watching every little detail come together. And honestly, this day was perfection ✨

This post is for the person currently waiting on a reply from me 😂🙈🫠

I sometimes worry my extremely relaxed and often very slow approach to email and DMs gives off the impression that I’m flaky or unreliable, but I promise l’m neither!!

I literally signed up to cook, and somehow ended up with approximately 47 other job titles along the way😂

I care a lot about the people I work with and the events I’m creating for you but I may not always be the fastest or most polished communicator, but I’m very much behind the scenes making sure the actual thing you hired me for is done really well!

So now you know whats happening on the other side of the “seen” notification 🫶🏼

And thank you for being patient with me as I continue to navigate being both the chef and the entire office LOL!!
