This is a private chefs dream kitchen and got me super excited for all the bach’s to come for summer ‘26! 🫶 So thankful for all the groups who put their trust in me to create a memorable meal for such a big life event. Definitely one of the highlights of doing what I do!!

Arugula + Fennel + Carrot salad🥕🍎✨
Salad:
• 1 package arugula (142g)
• 1 bulb fennel, thinly sliced on a mandolin
• 4-5 rainbow carrots, peeled then shaved into ribbons
• 1 Honeycrisp apple, thinly sliced
• 1/2 cup roasted sunflower seeds
• 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
Maple Citrus Dressing:
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• Zest + juice of 1 small orange
• Salt + pepper, to taste
Add all dressing ingredients to a small blender or jar and blend/shake until smooth.
In a large bowl, combine arugula, fennel, carrots, apple, sunflower seeds, and goat cheese. Toss with just enough dressing to lightly coat everything.
Finish with fennel fronds, extra goat cheese, and more sunflower seeds on top. So fresh, crunchy, and perfect for spring. ✨
