Unfortunately my Etsy shop will be closed under further notice due to the Canada Post strike. I will be offering local pick up only for the duration of this strike. Please DM me with any order requests.

My hope is that the strike will be resolved quickly and that I will be able to reopen my shop with minimal disruption. Between tariffs, the elimination of the de minimis exemption, and the Canada Post strikes, it has certainly been a tough year for small businesses.

Remember to shop local and support small businesses whenever possible! 🇨🇦♥️

US SHIPPING ON HOLD 📣

On Aug. 29th the US government eliminated the de minimis exemption which previously allowed shipments under $800 to ship from Canada to the US duty and tariff free. This means that US customers would now subsequently be charged a 35% tariff, as well as clearance and processing fees. Sadly, this could mean nearly doubling the cost of an item!

Etsy does not yet have the option to calculate these expenses and charge the customer accordingly prior to purchase. There are also reports of significant delays at the border as they work out these kinks.

It’s for these reasons that I’ve decided to pause all orders to the US. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. My hope is that I will be able to resume shipping to the US someday soon but for now there is just too much uncertainty. 💗
