After many days, the sun came out for sunset last night. I took my Sunday Morning Quilt out for a little forest bathing. Believe it or not, we are just a month and a half away from my annual sale. This quilt will be making an appearance there!

I could not sleep past five this morning so I was up and at the sewing machine to finish off this flimsy. There is nothing I love more than early morning stitching. I ran out of scraps at 60" square, but it will make a lovely lap snuggler. Pattern is the Sunday Morning Quilt from the book of the same name by cheryl_arkison . I've had this book forever and go back to it for inspiration all the time. So it was fun to finally make something from it. I need to dive into my quilt library more!
