My heart is broken and I can’t stop crying! My Jesse passed away peacefully very early this morning. She was 16 1/2 years old. We were at the Vet’s yesterday because she wasn’t eating. They gave her some medications and she seemed just fine when we arrived home. She was my crafty buddy. Jesse loved when I used ribbon because she would get a piece to play with. Jesse would wait in the chair by the window when UPS delivered my stamping supplies because it meant a new box to play in. Jesse loved me unconditionally and I’m going to miss her terribly. Rest in peace my little one. There will be rabbits and squirrels to watch in your new home. I truly loved you!

Today is the Canadian Thanksgiving. Happy Thanksgiving!

While we are all so thankful for many things in life, I was so very grateful last year when my customers, family, friends and downline helped me raise funds to purchase presents for boys and girls aged 10 to 16. The Salvation Army is where we hold our big stamp sales and our Inky Eight card making sessions. In conversations with their staff I learned that they receive lots of donated presents for the little ones but very little for 10 to 16 year olds.

This is an ideal age group to give them something creative to make, thus the kits shown in the pictures. Along with the donations received and my commissions , we donated 30 stamping kits for boys and girls.

Help me bring Christmas joy and creativity to children a little less fortunate. This year my goal is 50 kits. Like last year I will donate my commissions. Kits range from $20 to $34. If you can donate $5, $10 or more this will be going to a very worthy cause. Message me for more info.

Your help reaching my goal of 50 kits would be so greatly appreciated.
