🌿 Earthy > icy — Warm terracottas, sandy neutrals, and moody greens are replacing cold grays and stark white

🪨 Wet rooms are IN — Curbless showers, seamless tile from wall to floor… no more shower doors to squeegee
🛋️ Furniture-grade vanities — Dark wood, floating cabinets, statement custom cabinetry that looks like it belongs in your living room
💧 Sculptural everything — Rounded stone sinks, chunky monolithic vanities, asymmetrical tub rims — bathrooms are basically art installations now
✨ Quiet luxury — Handcrafted tile + warm metal accents = expensive-looking without trying too hard

FRONT DOOR ENVY 😍🚪

There’s something so satisfying about an entrance that commits to a whole story — that steep timber gable roof, the arched iron door with its little speakeasy window, the warm mustard shingles against cool gray stone. Every material earns its place.

Design takeaways I would use for our next project:
🌲 Mixed textures (wood beams + stone + metal) instead of playing it safe with one finish
🖤 A black iron gate and door as the anchor — it grounds all that color and texture
🌿 Simple upright greenery flanking the door instead of fussy landscaping
💡 A single statement lantern doing all the lighting work

Curb appeal isn’t just landscaping — it’s the first five seconds of a home’s whole design language.
