Even in a well maintained property with no ‘big’ findings there are still a number of ‘hunny do’ list repair items. This single property had:
A tear in a window screen, missing/cracked outlet covers, uneven cabinet doors, sticking cabinet drawer, missing light covers, jets stained, loose trim and some panel damage.
Are any of these deal breakers? Nope, but as a buyer should you be informed if even the smallest details about your large purchase- 100% yes!
