We’re grateful for the support we’ve received from the Huntsville community, and we genuinely enjoy being able to serve people close to home. This fall, we’re excited to offer a limited Huntsville-area fireplace package for anyone who’s been thinking about adding a gas fireplace before winter.

Gas fireplace supplied & professionally installed starting at $2,899 + HST.

The starting package includes a split-oak log set, digital thermostatic remote, battery backup, standard safety barrier, standard venting, and up to 15 ft of gas line.

This offer is available on qualifying installations booked by October 31, 2026, with limited availability.

Standard installation conditions apply. Additional venting, gas line, electrical work, framing/finishing, gas-supply upgrades, or other work beyond the standard package may be additional.

If you’re interested, give us a call and we’d be happy to go over the details and see if the package is a good fit for your home.

Local fireplace service starting at $150 + HST.
That includes the first hour of service and the first 15 minutes of travel time.

Most routine annual maintenance, cleaning, inspections, adjustments, and common troubleshooting can be completed within that included hour. If a fireplace needs additional repair time, parts, or extra travel, I’ll let you know before going further.

I service and repair most major brands of gas fireplaces and inserts throughout the Huntsville area.

It can be difficult to ask for help.

When I announced that North Fireplace was closing, I really thought that was it. What I didn’t expect was the response I got from the community around me — customers, friends, local businesses, and a few people who stepped up when I needed it.

Because of that support, I’m very happy to say that North Fireplace is continuing.

There will be some operational changes moving forward, but the important part stays the same: doing good work and looking after my customers.

I’m grateful to be able to keep doing what I do — taking a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to fireplace work, solving problems properly, and helping keep homes warm through our Muskoka winters.

To everyone who reached out, offered support, or told me North Fireplace would be missed — thank you. It meant more than you probably realized.

I’m very glad to be back.

Another cozy Woodstove Installed by North Fireplace

Hi everyone,

I want to take a moment to thank you all for your patience and understanding over the past while. I know I haven’t been as responsive or present online as I usually am.

Some unexpected personal challenges came up—more complex and demanding, both emotionally and logistically, than I anticipated. As someone who takes pride in showing up fully for my work, it was tough to step back. But I did so to make sure that, when I returned, I could do things right—with the same level of care, quality, and commitment I’ve always aimed to deliver.

I’m back now and catching up quickly. If you’ve been waiting to hear from me or are looking to book something in, feel free to reach out by message or phone—I’m here and ready to get to work.

Thanks again for your continued trust.
